There’s no way you become a billionaire without taking advantage of someone somewhere let’s be serious

    1. If every business deal were fair then you wouldn’t make that kinda money. You have to try to take advantage of those gaps in knowledge or wealth like making record deals.

Someone is singular. Billionaires exploit thousands and millions. Almost all CEOs exhibit signs of narcissism and or sociopathy. They just hide it well.

I mean, he became rich through music, but especially by selling champagne to wealthy people. Ace of Spades is made in France.

I do see the difference between him and people who sell clothes or cellphones produced in ‘third world’ countries

    4. Please correct me if I’m wrong, but didn’t he literally lock a teenage Rihanna in a room to get her to sign with him??

I’m STILL salty how he got in bed with the NFL to distract from the real impact the Kapernick (sp?) protests were having on the league. Of course we all got hyped for Dre, Eminem halftime shows and came running back like OJ in his prime.

I’m not even touching that 40/40 club of his

    6. Yeah, he’s gonna need to answer for what his boss Jes Staley said about him in the Epstein files tho

    7. Unless you inherited it, that is the only way you can make a billion dollars is by stepping on people’s throats

    8. I don’t understand why rich people and celebrities feel the need to respond to the things like people calling them a capitalist in the first place. Just sit on top of your mountain of money and say nothing, Jay. Some rando on the internet calling you a capitalist isn’t going to make you wait in line at Starbucks longer.

    9. I like his early music but goddamn if my first thought whenever I see him isn’t how ugly he is. Idk if it’s true but didn’t some little girl once tell Beyoncé she looks up to her in part because she’s able to act like she doesn’t find her husband ugly? Lmao

    10. I meannnnnn if you’re a business man taking advantage of people is your forte, you need to sell to someone… Someone is always a consumer. I don’t know if people in business actually understand that…. Nah they do.

“I sold it all, from crack to opium”

“I can’t be held accountable, D’Evils beating me down, boo
Got me runnin’ with guys, makin’ G’s, tellin’ lies that sound true”

This is all before he pushed Dame out of Rockefella

    12. His drug dealing days were probably more morally defensible than his time climbing the ladder to becoming a capitalist. And I’m assuming he sold crack in black neighborhoods in the 80s.

    13. Probably not the best statement to make considering he was mentioned in the Epstein files.

    14. Let’s ask that to the DMX and other Def Jam artists when he became president, come on bruh…

I need him to define “taking advantage.” Because that’s definitely how you become a billionaire.

Do I willingly hand over my money to his wife? Absolutely! But I’m fully aware that they are greedy capitalists who do indeed take advantage of their status.

    16. Love to see folks hating on Jay-Z. I saw he dropped an album in hiphopheads the other day. One comment mentioned the list and how Jay was in it. And I tell you the sea of people coming to his defense was reminiscent of when R.Kelly was on trial.

“I have collected more than I’ll use in 50 lifetimes”

“It’s fine. Fuck all y’all. I’m all positive.”

If drug dealing is taking advantage of people then everyone who sells anything is taking advantage of people

Is dealing drugs taking advantage of someone though? Im not siding with him or anything, i dont know anything about him.. but is that any different than, say, Starbucks? Mcdonalds? It’s providing a service for people who want it
